A Tour Leader's job is to lead tourist(s) to visit any destination for the purpose of sightseeing excursion, business, education, social and recreation activities. For this course, students will be trained to manage and deliver the services required by tourist. They will learn the technique of handle different type of customer behavior. The aim of this course is to teach students about the knowledge and the technique of basic tour escort.
